I'm a long time GNC customer but after meeting Toby at the gym and hearing a bit about his transformation story I decided to check out the store. I was immediately greeted by John who answered all my questions and set me up with what I needed including a weigh-in. Great products and clearly passionate and knowledgeable staff. What struck me the most was authenticity - no sales pitches or trying to push a particular product. Really, truly only what they believed would help after doing a lot of listening.
